Abstract: With the rapid developmentand extensive application of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology,illegal andcriminalactivities involving UAVshaveoccurred withincreasing frequency,posinga direct threattopublicsecurityand social stabilty.The publicsecurityauthorities needtobuildascientificandefective performanceevaluationsystem for UAV countermeasure equipment,thereby providing asound basis forequipment selection,performance assessment,andoperational decision-making.Inlinewiththepracticalneedsoflawenforcement,thisstudydevelopsaperformanceevaluationsystemfor UAVcountermeasure equipmentconsistingof six primaryand eighteensecondary indicators.The Analytic HierarchyProcess (AHP) is employed todetermine therelative weightsof theindicators,andtheFuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE)method isappliedtoonductteoverallassessment,ablingothqualitativeandquantitativeevauations.Fiall,teeliabilityofthe proposedmodel isvalidatedthroughcases,oferingtheoreticalsupportandpractical guidanceforthescientificevaluationand rational deployment of UAV countermeasure equipment by public security authorities.
