Statistical Visualization Applications Based on Animate

Abstract：Facing thechallenge ofdata explosion intheinformationage，statisticsserves asakeydata processngtool，yet itscomplextheoriesandmodelsareoftendifultfornon-professonals tounderstand.Toimprovetheundestandingofabstract statisticalconceptsandtheoriesamong non-professionals，this paper discuses theapplicationof the Animate package in R languageforstatisticalvisualization.This paperusesthepackage torealizethevisualizationofstatistical methodssuchasK-means clusteringandSVMclasification，revealingtheinfuenceofparameterchangesonclusteringandclasificationresults.Research resultsshowthattheAnimatepackageefectivelytransformsabstractstatisticalconcepts intointuitivedynamicgraphics，and theapplicationvalue indataanalysis isverified throughapracticalcaseofSVMclasificationonthe Wisconsinbreastcancer dataset.AlthoughAnimate shows advantages andapplication potentialinstatistical visualization，it stillhas limitations in comprehensiveaplications.Futureresearch further explores theapplicationofAnimateinbroader statisticalfeldsanddevelops advanced visualization tools to meet growing data analysis needs.
