Abstract:To meet the requirements of abrupt water environmental pollution accdent disposal in thenew era and address theshortcomings ofexisting informationsystems inChina,thisstudydesignsanemergencycommandsystemcovering the whole processof“pre-event,occurrence,during-event,andpost-event”bystandardizingemergencyresponsedisposal procedures, constructing a professional environmental emergency knowledge base,and developing functions for pollution simulation prediction and impact analysis, which provides a new solution for the emergency command of abrupt water environmental polution events.The systemasists environmental emergency personel indecision-making basedonpredictive analysisresults and knowledge base functions,effctivelyresolves theproblemof non-standard disposal caused bythelack of experience of emergencypersonnel,improves thesientificityandeficiencyofemergencydecision-makinganddisposal,andprovides technicalsupportfor promoting the high-qualitydevelopmentof ecologicalandenvironmental emergency management.
