Design of Multi-speed Frequency Conversion Speed Control Training Project Based on Inovance PLC

Abstract: Motors serve as the power core equipment of modemn industry and are widely applied in various production processes and product manufacturing. As an essential motor speed regulation system in factories,frequency conversionspeed regulationsystemsare extensivelyused,especiallinsituations requring frquentadjustmentofmulti-speed.Commoncontrol methods for frequencyconversionspeedregulationsystemsmainlyincludeoperationpanelcontrol,PLCintegratedcontrol, andcommunicationcontrol.ThispaperadoptsthePLCcontrolmode toachievemulti-spedcontrolof thefrequencyconverter. Basedontheexperimental platform,this paper designs an eight-speedcontrolsystem forthe frequencyconverter,completes hardware circuitconnection,frequencyconverter parameter setting,PLCladder diagramand touch scree interface design,and finall realizes the overalldesign ofthe multi-speed frequency conversion control training project basedon Inovance PLC.
