Design and Implementation of a Distributed IO and Modbus RTU Communication System Based on STM32

Abstract:To met therequirement foreficientdata exchangeandremotecontrolamong devices in thefeldof industrial automation,this paperdesignsand implements adistributed IOcontrol system basedonSTM32chip,and integratesModbus RTUindustrialcommunication protocol.In termsof methodology,this studytakes Siemens S7-20oPLCasthe Modbus RTU masterstationandthe development board as the slave station.Itcompletes the designofhardware circuits,the writing of underlying driverprograms and ModbusRTUprotocolcodes.After theprogram iscompiledand writen intothedevelopment board,systemtestingandperformanceoptimizationareconducted.Thetestresultsshowthatthesystemachievesareliable conectionbetweenS7-12oPLCandthedevelopmentboard,andisabletorealizedatatransmisionandcommandcontrol based onModbusRTUprotocol.This research shows goodapplication prospects inthe fieldofindustrial automation, which effectively improves production efficiency and the reliability of data interaction.

0 引言
分布式IO控制系统能够将输入输出功能分布到各个现场节点,有效解决了传统集中式控制布线烦琐和存在单点故障隐患的问题,显著增强了系统的适应性与扩展能力[,因而成为应对现场多样化、分散化控制需求的优选方案。(剩余5550字)
