Research on Intelligent Review System of Enterprise Document Based on Multi-Agent

Abstract：In various linksof enterprise operationand management，core document review isan importantand frequent basictask，butitfacesdualchalengesofefciencyandquality.Traditionalmanualreviewis time-consumingandlaborious， andthere are problems such ashighriskof leakage rate anddificult guarantee ofconsistencyofreviewresults.To adressthe above problems，thispaperconstructsaninteligentreviewsystemtoealieprecise，efcent，andrelablereviewofmulti-type enterprisedocuments.Thesystemadoptsahybridachitecture basedonmulti-agentcolaboration，integratesLargeLanguage Model，retrieval-augmentedgenerationndrulenginetechnology，onductsaralelreviewofontract，reguation，and biddingdocumentthrough dynamictaskscheduling，and introduces sensitiveinformation desensitizationmechanismtoensure securityandcompliance.Empirical evidenceshows thathe system efciently identifies multipleriskssuchasconflictofterms， calculationeor，adsubstantivedeviation，improvesreviewefciencyandeduces leakageate.Thestudyindicatesthatthe systemprovidesareliableandeffcientintelligentsolutionforenterpriseriskcontrolmanagementandhasstrongpracticalvalue and broad promotion prospect.
