Research on Hospital Comprehensive Budget Management and Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Based on Hospital Resource Planning System

Abstract： This paper constructs acollaborative architecture of Hospital Resource Planning system to address the issues ofloweffciencyandpooraccuracyinbudgetcontrolunderthe traditional manual managementmode，aswellasdatalagand difcultyin identifyinganomalies in energyconservation and consumptionreduction.Experimentaldatashowthatafter the implementation of this system，the deviation rate of budget execution in multiple departments decreases from 21.3%～24.5% to 1.6%～5.4% ，and the query response time is shortened from 223～241 ms to 53～62ms . During the peak electricity consumption period in summer， the average monthly power consumption drops from 136000kWh to 108000kWh ，and the average monthly water consumption declines from 9200～9600 tons to 7500～8500 tons. The results indicate that the HRP systemimproves theeffciencyandprecisionofhospitalbudgetmanagementandenergyconservationefectivelywhichisof great significance for reducing operating costs.
