Abstract: With the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data technologies, data has emerged as a crucial production factor. However, privacy safety and asset ownership problems in data sharing and trading are still challenges. This paper proposes a data trading framework based on Blockchain and Generative Adversarial Networks to address these issues. The framework utilizes Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) to establish data ownership and incorporates a smart contract-driven data auction mechanism to protect the interests of all parties. Furthermore, it employs a Differential Privacy Generative Adversarial Network (DP-CTGAN) to protect the data privacy. A prototype system developed using the FISCO BCOS platform validates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme. Experimental results confirm that the system realizes secure and reliable data trading while safeguarding data privacy.
