Abstract: At present, computer technology and Artificial Intelligence have been widely used in foreign language learning. The computer can integrate a variety of multimedia resources, and provide a rich intelligent interactive learning environment and personalized learning suggestions. The learning platform is flexible and convenient, and students can use it anytime and anywhere without being limited by the classroom. Therefore, the construction of a foreign language learning platform is very important for foreign language education. This paper studies the current use of mainstream foreign language learning platforms, and designs a foreign language learning platform based on the combination of SpringBoot microservice architecture and MinIO distributed storage. Combined with the actual foreign language teaching mode, a variety of different English learning modes are designed, including foreign language dictation, foreign language dubbing, foreign language reading and online access to a large number of multimedia resources, which provide a new solution for online learning in the field of foreign language teaching.
