Abstract: This paper proposes a theoretical method for extracting cost engineering quantities from the 3D design of power grid (GIM). Based on the specifications of the digital power grid 3D design model, it researches the norms of engineering cost quota and bill of quantities, proposes fusion mapping rules between the two, and develops a 3D design intelligent quantity calculation application platform. Taking real line engineering and substation engineering data in Hunan Province, China as cases, it realizes the process of extracting line and substation engineering quantities and analyzes the calculability of the extraction results. Practice shows that the intelligent cost quantity calculation method based on 3D design of power grid has practical application significance and provides support for promoting the comprehensive digitization of power grid engineering.

0 引 言

随着电力工程建设规模日渐扩大,设计流程愈发复杂,传统电力系统二维设计在信息传递与表达方面存在明显滞后性 [1],中国国家电网系统地分析了输变电工程各阶段信息化应用重点及数字化技术应用情况,提出了电网信息模型(Grid Information Model,GIM)[2],将电网的组成元素数字化,推动输变电工程的三维设计,实现信息的高效、准确、全面的应用。(剩余4913字)
