Abstract: This paper explores the technical implementation path of index alarm monitoring and fault prediction in Linux server network management operation and maintenance through in-depth analysis of key process links such as index data collection, database establishment and intelligent algorithm training of server intelligent operation and maintenance. Through the independent development and deployment of the Agent proxy service program, the collection of server running data is realized. By artificially increasing abnormal fault data, the diversity of training samples and the coverage of prediction models are improved. The LightGBM algorithm is used to realize the fault prediction function, and finally the AIOps operation and maintenance platform is constructed to improve the intelligence level of network management operation and maintenance. The platform is deeply integrated with the network management workbench through API and other methods, providing an intelligent alarm monitoring view to the network management operation and maintenance system.
