Abstract： To solve the problems of incomplete safety management system， scattered safety and operation management， and low information flow and processing efficiency in general aviation enterprises， a general aviation safety operation management system based on SpringBoot is designed and implemented. Firstly， this paper analyzes the differences and connections between different concepts such as dual prevention mechanism， Safety Management System （SMS）， statutory self-examination， and safety supervision， and constructs a multi-system integration framework for safety management. Secondly， it introduces the overall system architecture， main functional modules， and database design. Furthermore， it introduces the key technologies adopted by the system. Finally， it introduces the platform's application situation in enterprises. The system trial operation shows that the system can meet the safety operation management needs of general aviation enterprises， improve the work efficiency of the enterprise's dual prevention mechanism， statutory self-examination， safety inspection， safety supervision， production operation and other links， facilitate relevant personnel to grasp the overall safety operation status of the enterprise， and help improve the level of enterprise safety operation and industry supervision efficiency.
