Abstract: In order to effectively address the challenges of complex supervision objects, difficulty in cross disciplinary cooperation, and difficulty in unifying traceability standards in the supervision of the quality and safety of edible agricultural products, this paper draws on the idea of health code traceability and proposes a solution using QR codes as the carrier to assign codes to the source of production entities and use codes for identification in various circulation links. Focusing on agricultural product information census, agricultural product testing, agricultural input supervision, and agricultural product market supervision, this paper innovatively develops a quality and safety supervision platform for edible agricultural products with electronic security code using technologies such as geographic information, QR codes, and databases. It establishes a full chain digital management system for agricultural product planting, circulation, processing, and tracing, covering the entire chain “from soil to table”. This achieves full coverage of the main body of edible agricultural product quality and safety supervision, promotes inter departmental supervision data interconnection, and facilitates the development of information technology for credit supervision throughout the entire chain.

0 引 言
自国务院办公厅印发《关于加快推进重要产品追溯体系建设的意见》(国办发〔2015〕95 号)[1] 以来,各类重要产品追溯体系的建设工作取得了阶段性成果,然而由于食用农产品具有季节性和地域性、依赖自然环境等特点,在追溯体系搭建的过程中仍面临诸多挑战。(剩余7393字)
