Theoretical examination and revitalization pathways for enhancing cultural value identification through singing and dancing rituals in rural sports events

Abstract： Using the methods ofliterature review and fieldwork，this study systematically examines the theoretical examinationand revitalizationpathways through which singingand dancing rituals inruralsports events enhances cultural value identification.The findingssuggest that such rituals are manifested incultural inheritanceand identity recognition，emotional resonance andcommunitycohesion，universal participationand pluralistic integration，value orientation and spiritual cultivation，and brand buildingand cultural confidence.This research provides theoretical interpretations from the perspectives of symbolic empowerment， role performance，and emotional arousal，and also based on this， proposes the following revitalization pathways including rooting practices in traditional festivals to construct ritual time-space; mobilizing diverse actors’ participation to create a nationwide festivity; integrating local culture to enrich ritual content; innovating media communication to amplify the impact of identification; and also improving institutional support and safeguards to cultivate long-term mechanisms.
