Abstract：Inrecentyears，theglobalautomotiveindustryhasundergoneprofoundchangesandnewenergyautomobilesadinteligent connectedvehicleshavebecomenewdirectionsfordevelopment.Teintegrationofidustryacademiaandresearchplaysarucial roleinpromotingtechnologicalinnovationandindustrialdevelopmentintheautomotieindustryroughteintegratioofidustr academia，andresearch，cutingedgetechnologicalresearchfromuniveritiesandresearchinstutionscanbecombinedwiththe productionpracticesofenterprses，acceleratingthtransformatioadalicatioofsientficandteholoicalacevementsis articleanalyesthenewchangesintalentdemandforthedvelopmentoftheautomotiveindustrypointsouteshortcomingsof existingtrainingmodels，andthenelaboratesontheinovativetrainingpathfoautomotiveengineringtalentsbasedonthemechanism of industryuniversityesearchintegratiohopingtoulivategqualitynnovatieengineeringtalentstatmeetthedsofth automotive industry development.
