公交营运车辆全生命周期技术管理与成本控制实践研究

ResearchonthePracticeofTechnicalManagementandCostControlinFullLifecycleofPublicTransportOperation Vehicles Abstract：Basedonthecurentsituationofcostcontrolforpublictransportationoperationveicles，aphasedoptimizationpath is proposed.Acostcalculationmodelandmulti-dimensionalselectionsystemareconstructedintheprocurementstage.Predictive maintenanceandenergyconsumption （electrityconsumption）controlarepromotedinthemaintenancestage，andatechnicaltacking fileandresourerecylingmechanismareestablishedinthescrapinganddisposaltage.Atechnolgcost"integrateddataplatf issynchronouslybult.Basedonthecasestudyofacertaincity'spublictransportationgroup，theoptimizedmaintenancecosthasbeen reduced by 18% ，thevehicle failure rate has beenreduced by 22% ，and the energy consumption intensity has been reduced by 9% Thisconfimsthatismodelcanefectivelyimprovemanagementeficiencyandprovidepracticalreferencefortepublictansportation industry to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
