公交营运车辆全生命周期技术管理与成本控制实践研究

ResearchonthePracticeofTechnicalManagementandCostControlinFullLifecycleofPublicTransportOperation Vehicles Abstract:Basedonthecurentsituationofcostcontrolforpublictransportationoperationveicles,aphasedoptimizationpath is proposed.Acostcalculationmodelandmulti-dimensionalselectionsystemareconstructedintheprocurementstage.Predictive maintenanceandenergyconsumption (electrityconsumption)controlarepromotedinthemaintenancestage,andatechnicaltacking fileandresourerecylingmechanismareestablishedinthescrapinganddisposaltage.Atechnolgcost"integrateddataplatf issynchronouslybult.Basedonthecasestudyofacertaincity'spublictransportationgroup,theoptimizedmaintenancecosthasbeen reduced by 18% ,thevehicle failure rate has beenreduced by 22% ,and the energy consumption intensity has been reduced by 9% Thisconfimsthatismodelcanefectivelyimprovemanagementeficiencyandprovidepracticalreferencefortepublictansportation industry to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
