 Abstract：Regardingthecurrentdesignofthecolingsystemforhybridvehicles，thereisnocomprehensivedesignprocessand matching method.Considering thedevelopmentrequirementsofthe JXK6130CPHEVbusprojectof Jiangxi KaimaBailejia Bus Co.， Ltd.，throughthedesignanddevelopmentprocesofthecolingsystemandcalculation，thematchingandselectionofthemain componentsof thecolingsystemwerecompleted.Afterexperimentalverfication，thecoolingsystemmettherequirements.This coolingsystemdesignmethodhascomprehensiveguidingsignificanceforthedesignoftecoolingsystemofsubsequentnewvehile models.
