Abstract:Inresponse tothevibrationandnoiseproblemscausedbyelectromagneticforce intheoperationof electricvehiclemotor systems,thisstudypropoesanactiecontrolmethodbasedonarmonccurrntinectio.ismetodestablisesaneectrogetic forcewaverecognitionmodeltocontroltheamplitudeandphaseparametersof theinjectedcurent,sothat theadditional electromagneticforcewaveandthetargetforcewaveformdestructiveinterference.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatafterinjecting the 5th harmonic current at 1500r/min ,the peak radial vibration acceleration can be reduced by 53.97% , the resonance frequency vibrationamplitude can be reduced by 64.04% ,the total sound pressure level can be reduced byabout 6.2dB,and the torque ripple can only increase by 0.6% .This proves that this methodcan efectively suppressthe vibration noisecaused by electromagnetic force while maintaining good motor output performance.
