Abstract:Inresponsetotheloweficiencyofmanualoperationandunreasonableallocationofhumanresourcesinthecornerdisc endfacejumpingdetectionstationofthefrontbrakeassemblysctionintecaisorkshopanautomatiotransformatioarh basedonservo frameand electromagnetic gripperwascariedout.Designed anautomated workstation withathree-axis servo frameasthecore,usinganelectromagneticadsorptionendefectortoachieveintegratedgrabbngofworkpiecesandbarcodes,nd inovativelydesignedanautomaticlockingmechanismtosolvetheproblemofhighdetectionandretestingrates.Aftertereovation theoriginalproductcewilntadnmadpeaofwkstatiosiaceddperatsillied Thepass rate of testing has increased from 65% before the renovationtoover 80% ,effectively reducing theuncertainty ofmanual operations.
