Abstract:Intermsoftepositioingofteralmanagementsysems,thereisanesentialdiferencebetweentradinalfuelvecles andElectricCommercialVehicle-theformeronlyservesasan"auxiarysystem",wilethelateractsasa"corehub"thataectsthe entirevehicleoperation.Fornewenergylightcommercialvehicles,theintegratedtheralmanagementsystems theyareequipped withareevenmorespecial.Duetothesystem'scomplexstructuralcharacteristicsofmultiheatsourcecouplingandmultiloop coordination,thenegativeimpactcausedbyresidualair(noncondensablegases)inthesystemisfargreaterthanthatinraditioal singleindependenttealmanagementsystes.Exactlyfthisasonarringutspcialresearchontedegasingpefoance of integratedthermalmanagementsystemsforElectricCommercialVehicleisofcrucialpracticalignificance.Thispaperconducts in-depthresearchandanalysisonthecausesandhazardsof residualairinintegratedthermalmanagementsystemsof Electric Commercial Vehicle,and proposes optimization solutions.
