 Abstract：Toddress thecoordinationproblembetween"eficientoperationand"safetyprotectio"intheupper-mountdriveofpure electriccontainerizedgarbage trucks，thispaperproposesanupper-mountdrivecontrolschemebasedonthechassispowertake off（PO）.Touhttiatiooftfourlarrdwarecitecture（ontroperatiowerexecutio"），uaoded control （"throttleadjustment + one-clickspeed setting"），and multi-dimensional safety logicdesign，precise poweradaptationandrisk preventinforparkingoperationsareachieved.Experimentalresultsshowthatthisschemecanreducethesingle-cycleoperation time，whileeliminatingequipmentdamagerissinscenariossuchaspowersurgesandpassivedisplacement.Itprovidesatechnical reference for the design of upper-mount drive systems for pure electric sanitation vehicles.
