Management with China as the Method: Theoretical Construction of Chinese Management Civilization

Abstract: General Secretary Xi Jinping's major theoretical propositions of “new form of human civilization”and“two combinations”provide theoretical guidelines for the construction of an autonomous knowledge system of Chinese management science and open up a theoretical paradigm of Chinese management civilization. The rise of Yuzo Gouguchi's methodology of“China as the method and the world as the purpose” in the field of Chinese studies has provided a new theoretical vision and innovative path for the construction of an autonomous knowledge system of Chinese management studies “by China's method". Both determine that the Chinese management civilization oriented towards the construction of China's management science is inevitably acomprehensive theoretical system of“ancient for moderm，foreign for Chinese，civilization for the soul (body)”，and also determines that the management science of China's methodology is inevitably a management science of “civilization for the methodology". The“civilization paradigm”of management is also determined.Taking the“civilization paradigm”of management instead of the scientism paradigm，humanism paradigm and culture management paradigm as the appearance form of Chinese management science is not only the logic of the new China,the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese people as a civilization，but also the in

herent requirement of the autonomy of Chinese management science.
