AReview of the Research Progress in Green Knowledge Management

Abstract： Objective： Green knowledge is a key element in promoting green innovation and green eco nomic development. Green knowledge management is increasingly becoming an important tool for enterprises，governments，and even society to enhance green performance. Therefore，systematically reviewing the research hotspots of green knowledge management theory and practice is a very important task.Method： Taking the Web of Science and CNKI journal databases as data sources， using the comprehensive literature review method，and carefully selecting over 3O papers，this study reviews，sorts out，and analyzes the concept evolution of green knowledge，green knowledge management， green innovation，and green performance.Result： Based on the literature review，a research content framework for green knowledge management is proposed， clarifying its key role in promoting green inovation and sustainable development. Conclusion： The core of green knowledge management is to focus on the sustainable development of organizations and the environment.As an emerging direction of knowledge management， its theoretical system still needs to be improved and empirically deepened. How green knowledge management promotes green innovation and how it can be efective in the public sector are the future research directions in this field.
