Research on the Current Status and Development of NQI Systems for Marine Ecological Monitoring

Abstract:Establishing unified monitoring standards，efective metrological assurance for instruments，and accreditation andcertification of institutional monitoring capabilities，as wellas constructing a systematic marine qualityinfrastructure，constitute intemnationallyacepted practices for ensuring thequalityof marine monitoringdata. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis ofthe developmentofChina’s NQIsystem for marine ecological monitoring fromthe perspectives ofmarine monitoring standards，metrological testing of instrumentsand equipment，and accreditation in the marine sector.It further analyzes the transformation of monitoring objectives and approaches in marineecological monitoring，as wellas thedevelopment status of monitoring technologies，and identifies the challenges faced by the marine ecological monitoring NQI system，along with its future research priorities and development directions.
