Research on the Spacing Management of Submarine Cables and Pipelines

Abstract:Establishing unified monitoring standards,effective metrological assurance for instruments,and accreditation and certification of institutional monitoring capabilities,as well as constructing a systematic marine quality infrastructure,constitute internationally accepted practices for ensuring the qualityof marine monitoring data.This paperconducts an in-depth analysis of thedevelopmentofChina'sNQI systemfor marineecological monitoring from the perspectives of marine monitoring standards,metrological testing of instruments and equipment,andaccreditation in themarine sector.It further analyzes the transformationof monitoring objectives andapproaches in marine ecological monitoring,as wellas the development status of monitoring technologies, and identifies thechallenges facedbythe marine ecological monitoringNQIsystem,along with its futureresearch priorities and development directions.
