Abstract：Smallinhabited islands feature integratedland-seacharacteristicsand possessuniqueecological as well as socio-cultural values.Exploring pathways for realizing the valueof ecological products is thereforeof great significance for promoting sustainable island development.Daheishan Dao is wellendowed with natural resources，but its economic and social development is faced with the dilemmas of lack of overall planning and resourcecoordination，limited productionand sales of natural products，and rough development of the tourism industry，etc．Therefore，the transformationofindustrialecologyandecologicalindustrializationis imperative. This studyproposes that，ontheonehand，weshould strengthentheprotectionof islandecological space，continue to carryoutecologicalrestorationoftheseaaroundtheislands，andimprove theecologicalmonitoringandearlywaringsystem ofthe islands.Ontheotherhand，itisnecessryto createaunified ecologicalproduct brandofDaheishanDao and vigorously develop eco-tourism．Relevant authorities can provide institutional support and policy guarante for therealizationof thevalueoftheecological productsof DaheishanDao from theaspects of establishingalistof ecological products，formulating product standards and certification system，improving the property right system of the ecological products，optimizing the incentive mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism.
