A multi-objective optimization model for crop planting strategy

Abstract: The prosperity the planting industry serves as a crucial means implementing the rural revitalization strategy. Establishing a crop planting strategy model that aligns with practical circumstances holds great significance for attaining economic efficiency promoting the sustainable development agriculture. In view numerous uncertain factors in rural agriculture, including limited cultivated l the requirements crop rotation, a multi-objective optimization planting strategy model is formulated through linear programming. With the dual objectives “maximizing prit”“minimizing risk”,this model takes into comprehensive consideration key factors such as planting costs,sales revenue, expected sales volume. The weighted-sum method is applied to transform the multi-objective problem into a single-objective one for solution. The Monte Carlo:algorithm is employed to simulate uncertain data, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov(K-S) test is utilized to ensure the rationality the data. Additionall,the Spearman correlation coeficient is used to analyze the correlations between per-mu yield, planting costs, unit sales prices. The results indicate that the model can effectively allcate planting strategies under the constraints limited resources. It not only significantly boosts economic efficiency but also enhances the resilience agricultural production against risks,thereby providing scientific underpinnings for the high-quality development rural agriculture.
