Reform strategies for “Deep Learning" teaching practice based on project-based learning

Abstract: With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technology,“Deep Learning” have become core components of data science and AI-related programs in higher education institutions. This study addressing current challenges in practical teaching,such as the disconnect between theory and practice,outdated case studies,and insuficient cultivation of students’ innovative capabilities.A project-based learning reform model is proposed based on five years of teaching practice. Based on deep learning technology and focused on developing students’data literacy,the reform constructs a closed-loop system encompassing problem diagnosis, task design, teaching implementation,evaluation feedback,and knowledge transfer. This framework explores pathways todeeply integrate theoretical knowledge of“Deep Learning” with real-world enterprise applications.The initiative aims to enhance students’practical skills and innovative thinking, provide a replicable reform model for data analytics courses in universities,dynamically align teaching content with technological advancements,and cultivate versatile talent equipped with both engineering competence and scientific innovation capabilities.
