Feedback mechanism of the higher education “ enrollment-trainingemployment" system

Abstract: With higher education advancing into a stage of improving quality and efficiency,the integrated system of enrollment,training,and employment has become the core issue of educational governance. Based on the system feedback approach, this paper constructs a dynamic system model connecting university enrollment, talent cultivation,and employment, identifying key variables such as resources,faculty,and enterprise involvement,and characterizing their impact paths and feedback structures. Through dynamic simulation using Vensim software,it is found that policy support,enterprise participation,and faculty strength are key factors driving the system's healthy operation,and multiple feedback loops form an endogenous evolutionary mechanism within the system. The research results not only provide theoretical references for optimizing the talent cultivation system in universities,but also offer simulation-based support for policymakers in implementing phased intervention strategies.
