Abstract ： Based on grounded theory，this article uses “forestry ecological economy” as the search term to collct and organize multiple typical texts. Through the sequential application of open，axial，and selective coding，it analyzes the intrinsic logic and realization path of the ecological and economic value of forestry. The research identifies a tripartite core pathway for realizing this value：“resource inventory & dynamic assessment—multi-stakeholder collaborative mechanisms—value appreciation through transformation”. Specifically，“resource inventory and dynamic assessment” form the foundational support system，“multimechanism synergy” serves as prerequisite enablers，and“value conversion and appreciation” act as the dynamic driver for realizing the value of ecological products.
