Abstract： Forest therapy culture serves as a crucial support for the high-quality development of the forest therapy industry. Currently， the forest therapy industry faces challenges such asan overemphasis on infrastructure at the expense of culture，insufficient cultural guidance，and a lack of distinctive features in therapy bases，underscoring an urgent need to strengthen cultural development. Through field research and literature review，this paper outlines the ideological origins of forest therapy culture，summarizes its five major cultural characteristics—scientific， inheritable，publicwelfare，diverse，and foundational—and elucidates its connotation. The study posits that forest therapy culture is a cross-border integrated cultural form rooted in fine traditional Chinese culture and guided by the concept of ecological civilization. On this basis，development recommendations are proposed from four perspectives ： awareness cultivation， system construction，connotation exploration， and communication innovation，aiming to provide cultural support for the high-quality development of

the forest therapy industry.
