竹藤师职业传承与创新的协同发展路径探析

Abstract： The profession of Bamboo and Rattan Craftsperson derives from the traditional craftsmanship of bamboo and rattan weaving，and was incorporated into the Occupational Clasification Code of the People's Republic of China in 2O22.Itsmodern transformation bears great significance for the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the development of the green economy.This paper sorts out the historical evolution of the Bamboo and Rattan Craftsperson professon and expounds its multidimensional values in cultural inheritance，educational dissemination，green economy，rural revitalization and international exchanges.In response to the current challenges such as the fault in the inheritance subject，the lack of technical standardization，market mismatch，value imbalance and international barrers，thispaper proposes synergistic development paths including constructing a vocational education system integrating industry and education，establishing a coordinated mechanism of dual standards and intelectual property rights，creating regional cultural symbol IPs，innovating the skill-empowered rural development model， and expanding intermational communication led by cultural narratives，aiming to promote the high-quality development of bamboo and rattan culture in inheritance，innovation and international communication.
