生态经济协调视域下天然橡胶产业发展策略

Abstract： The concept of“Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets” profoundly reveals the dialectical relationship between ecological protection and economic development.As a key industrial carrier for achieving the coordinated progress of ecological protection and economic development in tropical regions of China，the sustainable development of the natural rubber industry is not only related to the effective supply of national strategic materials but also exerts a vital impact on regional ecological security. From the perspective of ecological and economic coordination，this paper constructs an analytical framework comprising four dimensions：strengthening ecological conservation，realizing ecological value， developing diversified values，and fostering a virtuous cycle.It combs through the evolutionary course of China's natural rubber industry，which has moved from resource-consuming growth to the exploration of ecological and economic synergy，and then to a value transformation-oriented development model. Three majorbottlenecks restricting the coordinated ecological and economic development of the industry are identified：first，the sluggish economic benefits of the industry have undermined the foundation of ecological conservation；second，the imperfect ecological compensation and market mechanisms have hindered the processof ecological value realization；third，the insufficient effective supply of ecological products has constrained the space for expanding the industry's diversified values.In response to the aforementioned botlenecks ，targeted optimization strategies are proposed as follows ：1）Improve the policy support system to enhance the comprehensive benefits of the natural rubber industry；2）Promote carbon sink trading and ecological compensation to facilitate the effective transformation of ecological benefits； 3） Perfect the supply system of ecological products to boost the diversified values of the industry. This study aims to provide theoretical support and a practical model for driving the natural rubber industry to achieve in-depth ecological and economic coordination and further integrating the practice of the concept of“Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets”.
