大食物观下草地保护与草产业协同发展路径

Abstract : As a critical type of land resource, grassands not only maintain regional ecological security but also hold enormous potential for food supply.Based on the concept of the Great Food Vision,it is imperative to expand food sources actively and conduct research on the synergistic development of grassland conservation and the grass industry. This paper constructs an analytical framework of“Era Value-Logical Reasoning-Mechanism Combing-Path Selection”,focusing on the synergy logic,mechanisms and paths of grassand conservation and grass industry development. The results show that grassland conservation provides an ecological guarantee for the sustainable development of the grass industry,while the highquality development of the grass industry offers dynamic support for grassland conservation,thus forming a positive cycle of mutual promotion and win-win symbiosis between the two.On basis of this,path suggestions for promoting the eficient and synergistic development of grassland resources and the grass industry are proposed from three dimensions:the optimal allocation of cross-regional factors,the precise adaptation of production-living-ecological spaces,and the quality and eficiency improvement of the entire forage-livestock industrial chain.This study aims to provide support for practicing the Great Food Vision strategy by relying on grassland resources.

21世纪以来,我国居民膳食结构发生深刻变化,逐渐由“吃得饱”到“吃得好”再向“吃得营养与健康”转型,人均大米和小麦消费呈现逐步下降趋势,而蔬菜、水果、肉蛋奶、水产品等食物消费则呈现出稳定增长趋势[1-2]。(剩余8108字)
