Abstract：[Objective]Asmajordevelopedcountries like the United States strengthen the international integration ofstandardsand patents to dominate thedistributionofbenefits driven by theirown industrialdevelopment and international competitiveness，China urgently needs to enhance the institutional framework for standard esential patentsand promote anewparadigmof governance forstandardsand patents integration.[Methods]Through literature review，comparativeanalysisandexaminationofdomesticandinternational trends instandardessntialpatents，this studydelves intorelevant international policies，systematically analyzes thestatusand chalenges ofChina's existing framework，and proposesrecommendations basedonthese findings.[Results]The studyfinds thatthreekeydevelopment trends emerge：standardessentialpatents have becomeaglobalstrategic focus，afocalpointofcompetitioninkeysectors， andapriorityforpolicyinterventions.Conclusion]RecommendationsareproposedtoenhanceChina'sstandardessential patent systemand strategythrough fourkeyareas：strengtheningstrategic planning，optimizing institutionalframeworks， improvingcorporatecapabilities，andadvancinginternational cooperation.
