Abstract：[Objective]The study analyzes the historical context ofTBT governancesystemand its practice in 2024， reveals itscutting-edge trends，andprovides experiencereference for global standard governance.[Methods]Against the backdrop of the3Oth anniversaryof the signing of the Agreementon Technical Barriers to Trade （TBT）and key milestones in2024，this paper systematically reviewsrelevantcontent，witha focus onthepracticeof the WTO TechnicalBarrierstoTadeCommiteeininstitutionalinovation，toolupgrading，andgovernancedeepening.[Results] The TBTagreement has become an important pilar of the globaltraderules system.In 2024，asakeymilestone for the30th anniversaryof theimplementationoftheagreement，theWTO Technical Barriers to Trade Committee hasmade breakthrough progressin regulatory cooperation，transparency construction，and qualification assessment through institutionalinnovation，toolupgrading，andgovernancedeepening.Atthesame time，itisidentifedthatthe

TBT governance system hascuting-edge trends such as digitaltool empowerment，member capacity building，and coordinationofemerging technologystandards.[Conclusion]Therelevantcontentandcuting-edge trendsof the TBT governance system found by the studycan provide experience reference for global standard governance.
