Abstract：[Objective]The study aims toput forward the strategy of standardization cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan，andsupport thetwosidestoestablishacloserstandardizationcooperationrelationship，soastofacilitate economic and trade exchanges and promote industrialdevelopment.[Methods]This paper uses the SWOTanalysis toanalyze and listthe internaladvantages anddisadvantages，external opportunities and threatsof standardization cooperationbetween ChinaandKyrgyzstan，andconstructsafour-dimensional strategymatrixaccordingly.[Results] Fourstrategiesareproposed，includingusingstrengthstotakeadantageofopportunities（SO）vercomingweakee bytaking advantage ofopportunities （WO）using strengths toavoid threats （ST），minimizing weaknessesandavoiding threats（WT），coveringpolicycoordination，standardtransformation，technicalcooperation，talenttraining and soon. [Conclusion] Itissuggestedtoimplementthecooperationstrategy instages，focusontalenttrainingandstandardoutput inthe short term，promote theco-constructionof laboratoriesandtheconstructionof standards systemin the medium term，andpromote themutualrecognitionandcoordinationofregionalstandardsinthelong term，soastoachievemutual benefit and win-win resultsand help the high-quality development of regional cooperation.
