Abstract：[Objective]Theenhancementof industrial chain quality has become akey issue in promoting high-quality economic development.[Methods]To address the“standardizationparadox”encountered inpractice，this paper constructs ananalytical framework of“three-dimensional coupling—double-helix evolution—information value transformation”fordrivingthecollaborative improvementof industrialchainqualityfromthetheoreticalperspectivesof systems theory，evolutionaryeconomics，and informationeconomics.[Conclusion]Thestudyfinds thatstandardization generatesemergent system effects through thecouplingofthree dimensions：horizontal industrialchaincollaboration， vertical quality infrastructure elementcoordination，and sequential quality evolution;it forms a continuous driving forcethroughthebidirectionalinterlockingandcollborativeevolutionoftechnologicalandinstitutionalhelices;andit achieves valuecreationthrougha four-level tansformation mechanisminvolving information encoding，signal transmission， valueanchoringandntacqustion.Results]Thestdyelucidatestheotextualdependencyofstandardzationeectso differentindustrytypes，developmentstagesadenterprisepositionsandputsforwardtargetedrecommendationsathelevelsof government，industrial chains，and enterprises.
