Abstract：[Objective]ThescaleofChina’sresource multipleutilzationindustrycontinues toexpand，therecyclingand utilizationsystemis gradualy improving，and technologyisconstantlyadvancing.However，the standardizedlevelof environmental management needs to be further improved.The paper aims to explore the environmental performance measurement methods for resource multipleutilization enterprises，which can provide technical reference for enterprise environmental management.[Methods] Basedon the domestic and overseas environmental performance measurement theoriesandmethods，themulti-dimensionalindicatorstratificationmethodandcomprehensive index measurementmethod are used to study theenvironmental performance measurement methods for resource multiple utilization enterprises. [Results]Anenvironmental performancemeasurement systemforresource multipleutilization enterprises is established， an environmental performance measurement index for resource multiple utilization enterprises is proposed，and the applicable scenarios of the measurement systemand index are defined.[Conclusion] The application of measurement systemand index is helpful forresource multipleutilizationenterprises tocarryout environmental management more scientifically and reasonably.
