Abstract：Thisstudyconductedanin-depthanalysisoftheditributionetworksystemupgrdeatapapermill.Themaindistrbutinnet works in the northern and southern plant zones exhibited a fixed 30∘ phase difference.By analyzing the causes of the phase diference and its potentialefetsdssostrbtieoks，ndfteompreesievauaiofldpeatigoitiosdsfetybiy transformerconectiogroupdjusmentapproachasproposedtroughulti-scenariocomparisos tolinatepasedifereesindistrbution network loop closure retrofitting schemes.
