Study on AI Online Detection System for Coating Color Formulations Based on Impedance Sensing

Abstract:ThisstudydesignedanAI-basedolinedetectionsystemforcoatingcolorbasedonimpedancesensingandappliedittoeasure theimpedancespetraofoatingforulatiosByanalyngvariatiosinparameterssuchasthesolidontet,flrationdteouts ofdispersant,cken,dderinoatigoloolneetioapalityabilitydsposivssofsetfo mulationchangeswereinvestigated.Theresultsshowedthatthesystemprovidedstablemeasurements.Teconstructedlinearegesion model demonstrated high prediction accuracy( R2 =0.985 on the test set)and was sensitive to the influence of changes in parameters such as keyaddivesotalpropersofesWitifprovdgeietolfohdal-teintellge ception of the coating color state and process optimization.

涂布技术是一种关键表面处理工艺,其通过在基材表面涂布功能材料层以形成涂层,进而提升材料性能、提供保护或赋予新功能,核心价值在于直接通过改善涂层特性增强产品的使用价值与经济附加值。(剩余14170字)
