粉单竹化学组分、纤维形态及硫酸盐法蒸煮工艺研究

Study on the Chemical Composition,Fiber Morphology,and Kraft Pulping Process of Bambusa chungi

Abstract:Inthisstudy,6-montoldBambusachungiasselectedasthresearhobect,itschmicalcompositionandfiberoology weredeterinddalyd,ndealprsdiofotaftplpigmodesead,tovesiteiali ofyoungBambusachungifrpulpndpaperproduction.Theresultsindicatedthat6montholdBambusachungi hadahighholocelulose content of 75.98% ,and a low benzene-alcohol extractives content of 1.87% ,and the fiberlength-width ratio was 120. Its chemical compositionandfiber morphologymet therequirements forpulpfeedstock.Underfixed conditions of the heating-up timeof 2h ,and the liquid-tosolid ratio of 1:4 ,theoptimizedkraft pulping processparametersdetermiedviasingle-factor andorthogonalexperiments were the alkali dosage (based on NaOH) of 19% ,the sulfidity (based on NaOH) of 25% ,the maximum temperature of 150 °C ,the holding time of 2h .Under these conditions,the pulp had Kappa number of 23.8,and viscosity of 1201mL/g ,and sheet achieved breaking length of 5.32km ,tearing index of 11.9mN⋅m2/g ,and bursting index of 3.42kPa⋅m2/g . The pulp and sheet exhibited good overall performance.
