Study on Key Factors Affecting the Crease Stiffness of Cigarette Trademark Pack Base Paper

Abstract：Teeaeisikyperoanceiicatotteternetgalitypeningndoingfelndabilityf packagingboateuecto，sdialydialpoessfd markpackbasepapesandthirbstrates（whitecardboadandpolyetyleneerephhalate（ET）film）.Bpreparingspecimensithife entindentatioparameers，teelatioshipeweenindentationaracteristsandeasstifsasaaldTeresultssowedtat crease stiffness exhibited a significant negative correlation with indentation depth （ R2⩾0.813 ）；crease stiffness increased with indentation width，whichsautedtductoiosoalauandoredsersdstrssdistruamiaigifi significantlyenhancedstifness，withthefectbeingmorepronouncedforETfiswithahigherelasticmodlus.Thesifesofwite cardboard showed a strong positive correlation with its density （ R2⩾0.647 ），but this correlation weakens significantly after laminating with PETfilm.Terefrefetiveontroloverthereasstifssofgareterdemarkpackbasepaercouldbechiedbyadjustiden tation depth，selecting PETfilms with ahigh elastic modulus，and regulating thecompactnessof the substrate.
