EngineringCoporation,Changsha,Hu’nanProvince,O4;3.GuizhouPengsheng(Group)PaperCo.,Ld.QianxinanGuo Province,552401; 4.StateKeyLabofAdvancedPapermaking andPaper-basedMaterials,South China UniversityofTechnology, Guangzhou,Guangdong Province,) ( ∗ E-mail: yanwang@scut. edu. cn) Abstract:ToaddresstheisseofCOmeasurementdistortioninpaperakingwastewatertreatmentusingpersulfate-aseddvancedoxidation processes (PS-AOPs),this study identified S2O82- ,Fe 2+ ,and Cl as the primary interference sources through monitoring data and elementalnalysis(C-C)eintefereceehasmsanstedasositiveinteferececusdbidantosumptiogatietefe enceduetotitrantdepletion,andteiroiearsuperposionincompexmatrices.Basedotesefndings,nintegatedeliatiopr tocol was developed and validated : S2O82- was reduced using Na2SO (mass ratio≥) ∴1 at 90∘C for 60 min,achieving > 4 % removal); HgSO4 (20号 3asking was optimized according to Cl- concentration(mass ratio 15:1 ,with <5% error);and Fe was corrected via stoichiometric calibration.Spike and recovery experiments demonstrated recoveries of 97 % ~102%,confirming that the protocol effectively overcame complex matrix interferences and significantly improved COD measurement accuracy.
