Study on Low-alkali Pulping Process of Pteroceltis Tatarinowii Bark with Laccase-Xylanase Composite Enzyme Pretreatment

Abstract:Tissivesiaedtsofiallacedylnaseprereaet,sellsccaexyaseposi pretreatmnt,nhisolutiofaaterialomponnts,ibdpaerpropertisithreearoldmaturePeroceltiarinoi barkasthesubect.Italsovauatedeaplcationpotentialoflaccase-xylaaseompiteeepretreamntinlowalkalipulpigro cesses:Therultsidicatedtattelaccase-xyanaseompsiteeepretreamentehbidsigificantsyergisticfctsCoardto individual laccase and xylanase pretreatments,it increased lignin removal to 36.7% ,with refining efficiency improved by 14.8% ,and significantly enhanced paper tensile,bursting,and tear index.Under conditions of 30% reduced alkali consumption,pulp beating efficiency increased by 6.8% ,brightness improved by 4.84 percentage point,andpaper physical strength remained superior to that produced by traditional high-alkali pulping process.
