BIM技术在智能建筑运维管理中的标准化应用

【摘要】伴随信息技术以及科学技术高速发展，BIM技术在智能建筑运维管理中得到了广泛应用。随着建筑行业的飞快发展，对BIM技术的运用也提出了更高的要求，鉴于此，文章分析探讨了BIM技术特征以及应用优势，并提出了一些应用策略以供参考。

Standardized Application of BIM Technology in Intelligent Building Operation and Maintenance Management

Abstract：With the rapid development of information technology and science and technology，BIM technology has been widely used in intelligent building operation and maintenance management. With the rapid development of the construction industry，higher requirements are put forward for the application of BIM technology. In view of this，this paper analyzes and discusses the characteristics and application advantages of BIM technology，and puts forward some application strategies for reference.
