紫外可见分光光度计检定误差分析及控制

【摘要】紫外可见分光光度计在使用过程中,由于多种原因会引起波长或杂散光检定误差,导致测量结果不准确,为了得到更为准确的实验结果,必须进一步控制紫外可见分光光度计检定误差。本文结合作者工作经验,以紫外可见分光光度计检定原理作为切入点,对常见误差来源进行分析,并对如何有效控制此类误差进行了讨论。

Analysis and Control of Verification Error of UV-Vis Spectrophotometer

Abstract:During the use of UV-Vis spectrophotometer,the verification error of wavelength or stray light will be caused due to various reasons,resulting in inaccurate measurement results. In order to obtain more accurate experimental results,the verification error of UV- Vis spectrophotometer must be further controlled. Combined with my own working experience,taking the verification principle of UV- Vis spectrophotometer as the starting point,this paper analyzes the common error sources,and discusses how to effectively control this kind of error.
