【摘要】本文对GB/T 40088—2021《村务公开管理规范》标准研制背景及制定的意义进行概述，并从公开内容、公开形式、公

开时间、公开程序和监督考评几个方面对该标准进行解读，以便相关方更好理解和把握标准要求，促进标准的推广应用。

Interpretation of the Standard of Management specification for transparency in village affairs

Abstract：In this paper，the research background and significance of development of the standard GB/T 40088—2021 Management specification for transparency in village affairs are summarized，and this paper interprets the standard from several aspects of disclosure contents，forms，time，procedures and supervision and evaluation，so that relevant parties can better understand and grasp the standard requirements，and promote the application of standard.
