数控车床加工工艺标准化流程优化措施

【摘要】数控车床主要用于各类轴类或盘类零件的内外圆柱面、圆锥螺纹的切削加工。数控车床在各种零件加工中表现出加工精度高、生产进度高、技术要求高等特征，所以，对数控车床加工工艺标准化流程进行优化改进十分必要，这不仅能够大幅度提高工艺生产水平，还能保证产品质量。

Optimization Measures for Standardization Process of CNC Lathe Machining Process

Abstract：CNC lathes are mainly used for cutting internal and external cylindrical surfaces and conical threads of various shaft or disc parts. CNC lathe shows the characteristics of high machining precision，high production progress and high technical requirements in the processing of various parts. Therefore，it is very necessary to optimize and improve the standardized process of CNC lathe processing technology，which can not only greatly improve the process production level，but also ensure the product quality.
