【摘要】南京市产品质量监督检验院通过“互联网+”建设“一站式”服务平台为小微企业营造良好的发展环境，帮助小微企业走出研发不足、创新不够、低价竞争的困境，切实承担好技术顾问的角色，使小微企业逐步实现由加工制造向设计、研发与制造综合能力的转变，助推小微企业逐步走上品牌化发展之路。

Abstract：Nanjing product quality supervision and inspection institute builds a “one-stop”service platform through “Internet+”to create a good environment for the development of small and micro enterprises，help small and micro enterprises get out of the dilemma of insufficient research and development，insufficient innovation and low-cost competition，and earnestly assume the role of technical consultant，enable small and micro enterprises to gradually realize the transformation from processing and manufacturing to design，R&D and manufacturing，and promote small and micro enterprises to gradually embark on the road of brand development.

建立“宁来检一站式集成化服务平台”（以下简称平台）实时查询受理系统，充分实现企业与第三方检测机构的互联互通，做到问询、送检、报告信息查询等“一站式”服务，可以真正实现企业远程业务办理，为技术人员提供高效、便捷的在线个性化服务[1]。（剩余3764字）
